was formed in late 2000 and officially launched in the summer of 2001.
Our goal was to merge our websites under one domain and to further expand
our business relationships and capabilities within the Fantasy sports
and sports contest marketplace.
The founders, Steve Rutkowski and Brian Schneider,
have been in this market since 1991 and have seen the market explode as
evident by their ongoing games hosted within their website suite of companies,
most notably our newest sports contests, Fantasy Racing ("FantasyRacingOnline.com") located at www.FantasyRacingOnline.com.

Our reputation that we have built over the
years has garnered many influential sites to use our games as a way to
build their own website - through participation of co-branding and affiliations.
We have also developed and currently maintain several other sites both
sports and non-sports.
